XXX gold deposit in Inner-Mongolia autonomy
The nearest village is 60km away from the drilling site and the transportation condition is bad. There are some difficulties in living and work supply. The nearest water source is 6km away from the site and the available water is very limited for drilling. Underground fractures are well developed. Mud loss is severe during the drilling process and its difficult to get the core samples.
Because the available water is limited, we have improved drilling techniques through optimizing mud performance to ensure recovery of core and avoid groundwater pollution and destroy local surface water system. This has successfully reduced and prevented water loss and water wastage. The environment protection has been concerned seriously and the drilling site’s natural environment has been recovered after the programme. The project has lasted for 4 months. Average core recovery is 97%. The project has been highly appraised by the consignor.
XXX gold deposit in Inner-Mongolia autonomy
The drilling site is located in grassland and the nearest road is 30km away. The transportation is not convenient. As no surface water is available, drilling water should be transported from 3km away pumping station. Groundwater is well developed and lithology changes sharply. Serious shrinking pathway in some sections may cause holes get stuck and loss of core. There are some underground rivers in some sections which may cause failure of core sampling and the break down of the project.
The mud has been used circulatively and abandoned mud has been disposed collectively. In order to avoid polluting grassland, we used trucks to transport water on an appointed road to prevent destroying vegetation and protect environment during the drilling process. Cooperating with local government actively to prevent fire and no fire accidents happened in fireproofing period during the project. The drilling time is accumulated up to 10 months and the average core recovery is up to 97%.
 
XXX copper deposit in Yunnan Province
There are only simply-built roads in the construction region. The water supply is limited and stratum condition is complex. Lithology changes quickly, soft and hard rock layer interbeds in many sections. The wall collapse, shrinking pathway phenomenon and core loss may cause bad core. In construction period, exploitation activity in mining district may cause accidents.
Adopted the methods of strengthening the circulation of mud and reinforcing the pore walls to construct and at the same time established relative safety precautions for existing safety hidden troubles to prevent various accidents effectively. No safety accidents took place during the period of 10-month local construction and the risk of abandoned holes is reduced to the minimum. The recovery of core is up to 95%.

The stratum in the area is simple and the transportation is convenient. Because the mountain in the construction region  is steep and the superficial cover layer is thin, the construction of drilling platform and path may destroy local plants
Emphasize on how to avoid destroying of vegetation and natural resources in construction area. The local environment has been protected during the drilling work though establishing strict road-repairing routes and relevant bylaws.

The construction region is located in the white birch forest and the drilling location needs to be built. The construction period is from October to November. We should pay attention to the occurrence of forest-fire. The climate is cold and dry, the construction condition is bad.
 
The main questions needed to overcome are forest fire-proofing and cold-proof in the construction. The drilling work has been finished before project time limit and the safety of our staff from cold has been ensured.
XXX copper deposit in Inner-Mongolia autonomy
The construction area is located in the foothill of northern inner-Mongolia. The climate is dry and blowy, and cold winter season is long. Construction can begin at late March and end in early October. Because most drilled depth is more than 1000m, construction condition is difficult. Geological condition is complex in some section.
In this region, the deepest drill is 1230m depth by far and the recovery of core has been ensured. The project has been highly appraised by consignor.
